Chengdu TianLong Transportation Equipment CO., Ltd, located in the national economic development zone in Sichuan province, is the only manufacture approved by Ministry of Railways producing driver's seat in China. To promote the localization of equipments, our company has been concentrating on the development and manufacturing of international-standard driver's seats on locomotives, motor train units, subways, high-speed rail and light rail trains, maglev trains, Engineering machinery vehicles as well as special purpose vehicles. The performance and the technological index of the seats have already reached and exceeded that of the products from abroad, and have been approved by the National Quality Control & Inspection Center for Buses. Our company has been approved by ISO9001quality system, ISO14001environment management system, and CCC (China Compulsory Certification). In 2007, we were given the title of "Hi-Tech Industry" by ChengDu, and in 2010 we have been awarded a prize of technology innovation from Ministry of Science and Technology.Eighteen patent techniques of our company have obtained certificates from the Patent Office of China (including 4 patents for invention,8 for utility models and 6 for exterior designs). We were approved by the Ministry of Railways on July 4 of 2005 to be "suitable to be installed in newly made or heavily repaired locomotives". We meet all the standards from Transportation Department of the Ministry of Railways,satisfy the requirements of special vehicles and can be the substitutes for all kinds of imported driver's seat.
Among all the driver's seats on locomotives, motor cars, subways and city rails, TZY1 from our company can be the No.1 in quality, performance, life span and variety in China and our occupancy of the delivery of goods in main engine plants can also be the toppest in China. The function can be equal to or even superior to the imported products. We have been approved by five abroad companies (America GE, America EMD, France Alstom, France Lohr, Canada Bombardier)and supply for them. Our products have been exported to more than ten countries and we are the only one to supply driver's seats for the highland locomotives on Qinghai-Tibet railway and have won a good reputation form it.
Our products are mainly supplied for the main engine manufacturers in Dalian, Datong, Qishuyan, Zhuzhou, Sifang, Ziyang,Changke,Tangshan and the system shops in Chengdu, Luoyang, Taiyuan, Xiangfan, Lanzhou, Kunming and so on. Also our products are exported to Venezuela, Sudan, Namibia, Karakstan, Ghana, Zambia, Tanzania, , Srilanka, North Korea,Guinea,Zimbabwe, Turkey, Australia,India(Bombay),Korea, England, France and so on and some areas such as Hong Kong and Taiwan. We also supplied for the subways in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing,Suzhou, Tianjing, Chuangchun, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Singapore, Hongkong and so on.
